This event begins in the morning with an informational presentation from the One Iowa Action team on the state of LGBTQ+ rights in the ongoing legislative session 2025. The presentation will include a rundown of current bills of interest and the most effective ways to speak to representatives. Following the informational session, we’ll move to the state capitol rotunda for a rally where One Iowa Action and Iowa representatives speak. Participants of the Day on the Hill will then reach out to their representatives at the capitol.
